The Application respects and protects the privacy of all users of the Service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, the Application will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the Application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior consent. The Application may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety by agreeing to the Application's Service Usage Agreement. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Agreement. 1. Scope of Application (a) When you register for an account with the Application, you provide personal registration information as required by the Application; (b) Information on your browser and computer that the Application automatically receives and records when you use the Application's Internet services or visit the web pages of the Application's platform, including, but not limited to, your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of visit, hardware and software characteristics and data such as web page records of your requests; (c) During your use of the Services we collect your device identifiers (Android such as MEID, IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, Serial, ICCID, OAID, Device Serial Number), MAC address, IP address, WLAN access points (such as SSID, BSSID), WiFi lists, device sensor information (c) network information, device information (d) Shared information (e.g. MEID, IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, Serial, OAID, Device Serial Number), Device Information that you provide to other parties through the relevant Services, and information stored by you when you use the Services. (e) Users' personal data obtained by the Application from business partners through lawful means. You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy: (a) Keyword information you enter while using the collection services provided by the Application; (b) Information data collected by the Application about your postings on the Application, including, but not limited to, participation in events, transaction information, and evaluation details; (c) Violation of laws and regulations or violation of the rules of the Application and the measures that the Application has taken against you. 2. Use of Information (a) The Application will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, except with your prior permission, or if such third party and the Application (including the Application's Affiliates) are providing a service to you, either alone or jointly, and after such service is terminated, the third party is prohibited from accessing all such data, including any data to which it previously had access. (b) The Application also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means without compensation. The Application reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with any user of the Application Platform who engages in any of the above activities upon discovery. (c) For the purpose of serving users, the Application may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with partners of the Application so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent). 3. Disclosure of Information The Application will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your wishes or as required by law under the following circumstances: (a) To third parties with your prior consent; (b) To share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested; (c) to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial bodies; (d) To disclose your personal information to third parties if you have violated the relevant laws or regulations of the PRC or the Application Service Agreement or related rules; (e) If you are an eligible intellectual property rights complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the complainant, disclose to the complainant so that both parties can deal with possible rights disputes; (f) In a transaction created on the Application Platform, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills the obligations of the transaction and makes a request for disclosure of information, the Application has the right to decide to provide the user with the contact information of the counterparty of the transaction and other necessary information, so as to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes. (g) Other disclosures that the Application deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies. 4. Information Storage and Exchange Information and data collected about you by the Application will be stored on the servers of the Application and/or its affiliates, and may be transferred to and accessed, stored and displayed outside your country or region or the country where the Application collects the information and data. 5. Use of Cookies (a) If you do not reject cookies, the Application may set or retrieve cookies on your computer to enable you to access or use the services or features of the Application that rely on cookies. The Application uses cookies to provide you with more customized services, including promotional services. (b) You have the right to choose to accept or reject cookies; you can reject cookies by modifying your browser settings, but if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in to or use the Application's network services or features that rely on cookies. (c) The information obtained through the cookies set by the Application will be applied to this Policy. 6. Information Security (a) This application has security protection for your account, so please keep your user name and password information in a safe place. The Application will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered by encrypting your password and other security measures. Notwithstanding the foregoing security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the Information Network. (b) When using the Application to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been compromised, in particular, your username and password for the Application have been compromised, please contact the Customer Service of the Application immediately so that the Application can take appropriate measures. 7. Changes to this Privacy Policy (a) If we decide to make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes in this Policy, on the Company's website, and in locations we deem appropriate so that you understand how we collect and use your personal information, who has access to it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. (b) We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please check back often. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by means of a notice on our website. To prevent the disclosure of your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to third parties. We ask that you protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary.
